Knowledgebase: SmartCode VNC Manager > RDP and Hyper-V related

When you attempt to establish a pass-through RDP connection to a Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual Machine from a computer with Windows Server 2008 or newer installed, you may receive the following error message:
A connection will not be made because credentials may not be sent to the remote computer. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
