If you attempt to run VNC Manager v4.5 on a computer with Kaspersky Antivirus v6.0 (KAV v7.0 and v8.0 aka 2009 are free of this problem) installed you may receive the following exception:

System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for '<Module>' threw an exception. --->
System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory.

To workaround this problem you should do the following:

1. Open Kaspersky Antivirus v6.0 Settings window
2. Select the Services node
3. Check "Compatibility mode for programs using self-protection" checkbox
4. Close the Settings window and reboot your computer
